Cafeteria of Bradley Hospital, East Providence, Rhode Island
by Charles C. Clear III and Bonnie Lee Turner

This Bike Path Mural was painted in the cafeteria of Bradley Hospital in East Providence, Rhode Island. The Mural features the East Bay Bike Path in East Providence, Rhode Island. On the right is a view of the Pomham Rocks Lighthouse. In the center of the Mural a boy with a beaming smile and a bright yellow shirt. He is riding his bike past the Bradley Hospital therapy dogs. There are rhododendrons framing the scene to the left and wild sea roses to the right. The wooden fence and the winding path draw the viewers eye deep into the Bike Path Mural. In the distance a tree with white blossoms rests beneath a soft blue sky.

This Bike Path Mural was the first mural that Bonnie Turner and I painted for Bradley Hospital. The second scenic mural that we painted at Bradley was our Sand Castle Mural With Arches, which was followed by a large Mural in an Outpatient Treatment Room, plus two more Murals in various parts of their Cafeteria – including our a pair of Porthole Murals!
